Alright, we’re kicking off this 90-day challenge with some no-nonsense habits that’ll keep me sharp while I work on getting that gaming rig.
Goal for Day 1:
- Stretch Between Games – I’ll take 3-5 minutes after every game to stretch and keep my body loose. Gotta keep the muscles ready for the next round, whether I’m hitting the court or the gaming chair.
2.Stay Hydrated – I’ll make sure to drink water consistently throughout the day. I’ll keep a bottle close by to stay hydrated before and after games or gaming sessions.
Challenge for Today: Stick to these two habits all day, no distractions. Let’s keep the body and mind in peak condition.
