I had my most productive day of my life:
The very first VALUE-BOMB post

I decided to take on the challenge:

โ€ฃ 1 goal
โ€ฃ 10 hours of work
๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ'๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—น๐—น ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—น:
It was the perfect day,
Everybody left the house.
The night before, I prepared:
โ€ฃ I got clear on the goal
โ€ฃ I opened the relevant tabs
โ€ฃ I was fully committed with the goal
โ€ฃ I knew the workflow tasks from first to last (exactly)
But you know what?
I'm (actually) lying to you.
I didn't even plan at all...
โ€ฃ I didn't plan any hour of the day
โ€ฃ I didn't know what I'm going to eat
โ€ฃ I didn't plan my active recovery sessions
โ€ฃ I didn't know if I'm having a cold shower or not
โ€ฃ I didn't even know how I'm going to make the post
The only thing I knew was the idea for the VALUE post
Anyhow
I woke up the next day
I slept in 25 minutes (not kidding)

8.30 am - 9:15 am - 10.30 am
I wake up at 8.30 and I go outside, look at the sun.
Not knowing what I was going to do for the post.
I finally get to work at 9:15.

10.30 am - 11.00 am
I didn't really even get any work done the 1st flow block.
So what did I do?
โ€ฃ Coffee
โ€ฃ Walk outside
โ€ฃ Think deeply at the goal
I was refreshed & I knew exactly what I was going to do
Just 30 min of being with my thoughts was enough

11.00 am - 16.30 pm
Tapping into flow again.
You may be thinking
5:30h of work?
Yeah, I just worked until I felt it was time to recover.
Sometimes I went outside for some fresh air.
To be honest
I knew that I was able to pull this off in one day
It was a ton of work but I already had 35% done.
I was very optimistic.

16.30 pm -17.00 pm
I break the fast with some food we made yesterday
My stomach was so empty that I didn't really care what I ate haaha.
(I didn't have a nap that day either btw)

17.00 pm -19.30 pm
I don't believe the afternoon dip
So it doesn't happen to me... (hit me)
At this point, distracting thoughts come up:
โ€ฃ People I have to call
โ€ฃ Other tasks I have to do
โ€ฃ Get some rest, you've done enough
The quick solution?
I just worked on & didn't pay attention to the thoughts.
I can already imagine the finished product in front of me.
It was so exciting ngl.

19.30 pm - 20.00 pm
I walked outside, ate an apple.
Still haven't ate a normal meal at this point.
I thought working for so long without food would be hard
But it surprised me when it wasn't.

20:00 pm - 21.30 pm
At this point I've completed my VALUE post.
And now I'm working on other tasks
I was so so happy
Finally
I did a week worth of work done in 1 day...
I feel like a success.
By the end of 10 crazy hours
I had completed my first VALUE post.
