Tone question
Charlie earlier made a great post concluded by stating that although you can ask all the right questions to a prospect, if you're tone's off, then the prospect takes control of the call, and it spirals downward from there, which is completely logical, right?
The questions I have are: what does the prospect taking control of the call look like? What kind of interaction or dialogue would define a prospect taking control? And how would you gain back control in that case?
