This is a platform for beginners to yoga to advanced yoga participants, and everything in between.
A lot of people spend many hours of their jobs in a sedentary position.
Mostly sitting in office chairs for hours on end, with only a few short breaks in between.
Basically, your sitting in a chair at a desk, you get up, go get lunch or take a break, and end up sitting down for that as well unless your lucky enough to be able to go take a walk outside in the fresh air.
Many people who work overnight shifts, like First Responders don't get that luxury, even during the daytime.
With this program, we will go through basic, simple, easy, and short stretches that we can do while sitting down in between patients or emergency calls, and for anyone who finds themselves getting stiff and sore after sitting for a while and need to stretch, yet find it difficult due to lack of space.
