Aspiring lash tech
I want to become a lash tech but I keep coming across scam classes. How do I know what classes are real and are there any classes in California that you guys know of that are real?

Lash Tip of the Day - RETENTION
Struggling with Retention? It's Probably Not Your Glue—It's You! Before rushing to buy new glue, make sure you're doing the following: 1. Washing the Client's Lashes: Ensure the lashes are clean and free of any residue. 2. Priming the Client's Lashes: Coat the lashes thoroughly where the glue will be placed. 3. Placing the Lashes Properly: - Fans: Use the wrap method. Place and wiggle side to side to get the lash extensions wrapped around the natural lash. Aim for the natural lash to be in the middle of the fan. - Classics: Ensure maximum contact between the extension and the natural lash. Place the extension perfectly aligned with the natural lash. When viewed from the side, the natural lash and extension should be perfectly in line with each other. Paying attention to these details will improve retention and help you achieve better results!🌸

Clientele
hi everyone! I have a question. So, I text girls about my last business and I offer a discount for their first set with me. I had a few girls tell me that they will check in with me later, but I was wondering if I should check in first?
