In case we have never met, you should probably know that over the past few years we have:

💎 Founded Shift Power Yoga in 2013 with a dream of sharing healing and transformation with as many humans as possible and created a thriving Yoga Community across Western Canada where you can come as you are. We are affectionately known as the "Island of Misfit Toys" because we've created a place where regular folks belong instead of a "scene" where you have to fit in.

💎Trained hundreds of incredible, bright and shiny yoga teachers who are making a massive impact in the world using yoga as leadership. They are killing it folks!

💎 Founded Shift Labs Inc., a Heart- Led Coaching and Leadership company, that blends yogic philosophy, spiritual wisdom and cutting edge personal development, coaching and heart-led leaderhsip techniques (hint* Pam's worked with the best of the best in the world) and trained dozens of incredible Certified Coaches who are causing personal revolutions all over the world.

💎Launched The Lit From Within Project in 2013, which supports the integration of yoga and meditation in addiction recovery facilities and has provided over $50K of support in our community. We firmly believe that service is the pathway to fulfillment because as Ram Das said, "We are all just walking each other home."

💎Launched the Healing and Hope for Families Program in January 2024 to support families and loved ones of people struggling with addiction. This came about because Pam has some street cred when it comes to loving someone through life-threatening addictions and doing it with love.

Today, we routinely help heart-led, impact-driven humans to unlock new levels of expansion, energy and freedom by mastering the arts of alignment, self-leadership and service to others.

Our goal is to make This Free Community the best place to hang out on the internet. That means we are building a community of people who engage, support, share, contribute, and grow together. This is a place to contribute, ask questions, learn, and grow. We require respect for all members and positive conversations that elevate the community. If you are harmful or disrespectful, we will remove you from the collective.
