His real estate journey began with just 40 names in his database, and in just over ten years, he’s sold more than 650 homes – all through relationships, without spending a dime on leads. He leads The Maroon Group, a top 1% team in Southeast Virginia.
Garrett’s passion for faith-driven business extends beyond transactions. He co-founded The 2:10 Collective at eXp Realty, where Christian agents all around the globe can finally be in business together. He’s also the founder of The Faithful Agent, a nonprofit cultivating a community of Gospel-centered agents, where he hosts a weekly podcast.
Outside of work, life stays full and joyful with his wife Rachel, their four kids – Haddie (7), Dylan (5), Ivy (3), and Zoe (1) – and their puppy, Sampson. Garrett is actively involved in his church, has a passion for dad jokes, and lives out his belief that success is about relationships – in business, faith, and family.
