2-Grappling(Double leg takedown and one leg takedown perfected) trying to learn suplex.
3-Striking (Elbows and punches perfected)
I mean I perfected the techniques not the best yet.
4-Improving my cardio running moving alot everyday just bc it's hard.
5-Studying everyday for 2hours it's fucking hard asf and improving my intellect.
