Just to give you guys a bit of insight into the world of Agave, Mexico, and of course their artisanal spirits. Will be completely FREE. Ciao chicos and chicas. I Hope Mixed Tales finds you well. To keep it to the title; this is Mixed Tales. Created this group to start showcasing a bit more of what I am passionate about and what I am sure many other people are also. I have been working in the bar industry for not too long, but with all the hours and hard work I have put into it, feels like half a lifetime. And there is still more to learn which makes it even more of a banger. Bartending, cooking, and learning about raw materials such as harvesting grapes for wine all come together. Especially when we serve you a beautiful beverage. The goal of this was to find like-minded people in the Food & Beverage industry to come together to share their own experiences with others, so we can all learn. I know I am ranting a lot and maybe it does not make a lot of sense, but this is the intro and I am excited. Let's just start.
