This Morning I would like to congratulate myself on being proactive. Seeing a daily scheduled guideline and referring to it, wiring and reading my goals, moving my body and eating when my body is hungry and knowing when it's not. Even the way this journal entry has started is changing my mind towards focusing on the things I've been successful and acknowledging where I can and will be better and moving forward. Scheduled activities (moving, reading, writing) will continually take priority over distractions like SCROLLING!
I'm Excited about the opportunities this will bring.
