What’s going on everyone!? Sam Pratt here, co-founder of Sales Career Catalysts. A little about myself, I was born and raised in Los Angeles then moved out to Colorado after high school to attend CU Boulder. I graduated in 2019 from the Leeds School of Business with an emphasis in marketing and have been in Denver since. My career didn’t start too hot, I felt like I'd taken a lot of wrong turns, and by the end of 2021, I was starting at my 4th company. Fortunately, the 4th one was in the Newsweek Top 100 Places to Work and I’ve been there since--- getting promoted to a closing role in 2022. My goal with Sales Career Catalysts is to take what I learned through trial and error and help you apply it to arrive at a job you’re proud of with a less circuitous route than the one I took. What's up guys!? I'm one of the Co-Founders here at Sales Career Catalysts, and I'm super excited you made it to our community. A quick background on me - I'm born and raised in Los Angeles and lived there my whole life until heading to Philadelphia for college at UPenn's business school, Wharton. In college, I studied finance and marketing, and after graduation, I headed to NYC to make a name for myself in investment banking. After a couple years in the rat race, I felt a strong desire to find a career where I was more in control of my destiny. So I quit my job, moved back to Los Angeles, and started applying for positions in tech sales. Now, I work remotely as a salesman from anywhere in the world, I'm completely in charge of my own schedule, and I make more money than I ever did in finance. What's your story?
