Learning Indonesian daily.
It went very well.
For 14 consecutive days I was crushing it.
Then suddenly I stopped for 1 day.
That led to two days.
I haven't done an Indonesian lesson for over 16 days now.
It's so hard to build a habit and it's so easy to lose one.
What's your guys #1 advice to get yourself on a new habit again (or restart with your old habit).
