I will be leading prophetic intercessory from now on
Good morning RROC Intercessory Ministry,
It is with great joy and anticipation that I began to lead this ministry. I am excited about what God has in store for us and the things we are going to learn together, especially for the month of August.
For this month, I feel led to focus our attention on the importance of the heart when it comes to intercession. God has revealed to me that the condition of our hearts truly matters when we approach the throne of grace in prayer. I encourage all of us to spend this month really examining our hearts and allowing the Holy Spirit to search us and reveal anything that may be hindering our effectiveness in prayer.
Intercessory training will be the first and last Monday of each month at 6 am EST. Our first intercessory training meeting will be on August 5th 2024 at 6 am EST. During this time, we will come together to discuss matters of the heart and how it relates to our prayer lives. Our first assignment is to get and read a book on the heart while interceding. The book is called [Praying with God’s heart] by [James W. Goll] I have provided the link to the book. This book I believe will provide valuable insight and guidance as we seek to strengthen our prayer lives. You have until August 26th 2024 to get the book and read the book while taking notes to share during our training. The second training will be at 6 am EST on August 26th 2024.
I look forward to seeing the growth and transformation that takes place in our hearts and in our prayer ministry over the course of this month. Let's approach the throne of God with humility, sincerity, and a deep desire to see His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
