I have a partnership set up with a medium-sized custom software development firm.
We're coming up with offers to sell to their current and past clients.
Their clients are larger and typically have purchased $50-100K per order, and upwards of $1MM annually recurring.
I was thinking about how to run an auction. However, these current and past clients are only accessible by direct call or email, so there wouldn't be any social proof for the auction.
Could this still work, or might there be a better way?
