What else can I provide to RoW winners?
Roast this idea I realize that athough giving a pinned post ad for a whole week for the best roaster can be generous, the community is still small and the value of it is not as great as it would be in a 1000 plus group. That's why I'm playing a numbers game and quantity is as important to me as quality here. BUT, while I don't get there, I do want to offer more to my most active members. So here are some ideas that I'll be abble to implement in a scalable way. - Every monday on top of the ad, the whole theme of the community will be centered around your niche. My poll monday posts will be made to give you insights around how much people need your services. I'll also write a Roast my Lesson to start a relevant discussion around the service you provide. Each post will be linked to your group. - During the whole week you won, you'll get VIP treatment. Meaning I'll direct people to your pinned post ad if what you provide is relevant to their needs, even if you're not a paid VIP. Of course the lead magnet in the classroom and right to host lives is still exclusive to VIP members. - On top of the pinned post ad you also get your post pinned at the RoW trophy case and a celebratory post with all the winners of the month at the end of each month (something I've already been doing). Do you have any ideas on top of that?

I'm working on a new project. It's been slow because I'm very busy moving out of states as you may know. But the project is maturing and here are a few spoilers of it: - If you like being roasted you will like this one. Roast & Promote is all about finding the flaws in your work. This new project is all about finding flaws in your workflow. If you can see and correct the flaws on both your work and your workflow you WILL succeed! But that takes courage to admit you're doing something wrong - It's an integrated software + community experience - Roasty will be there That's it for now. More about this project soon!

Do you still memorize stuff? - Poll Mondays
Is this a poll or another old man rant at them youngsters and their AIs? You know a fact that scared me recently? Most of Gen Z that I know can't say all the months of the year by head in sequence. And why would they? They grew up with calendars in their pockets, so it's not needed. Smartphones only really came around when I started college. And before that I used to memorize street names and phone numbers of the closest people to me. Now I barelly remember my wife's number and can't mention by head any full adress that's not my own. But having information readly avaiable in our heads is an essential part of our intelligence and also our ability to speak well. And I believe we do need to train our memories like a muscle. Otherwise we will be less capable of doing anything without the assistance of technology. And I know that many would say "why would you?", we will soon have chips at our brains, to access anything instantly. Our own personal Jarvis. Anyway this is a deep discussion that can go on for hours and I don't want to turn this into another long rant.
