Simplify
Oooo....great article today about what happens when you can't work any harder. I don't want to get to the point that my body forces me to simplify. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/1-minute-wednesday-298-why-working-harder-stops-greg-mckeown-usq1c

A Study Of Certain Potential
Greetings and Blessings, my friends! ✨🤗✨ I'd like to share a 3-part essay series that I wrote called "A Study Of Certain Potential". It explores how our thoughts, will, and actions shape our reality, how to become a conscious co-creator, and practical ways to take an active part in manifesting. I hope it can be helpful or insightful for someone. 💗 "A Study Of Certain Potential" https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ySS4vec8b_tseNSVEhPwDz14ICbm4HDQ5xvNEAeazXo/edit?usp=drivesdk

REPLAY: Day 2 of the Sit the F*** Down 5-Day Equinox R.E.S.E.T.
Day 2 of the R.E.S.E.T. framework centered around an action (or anti-action) word that can be either freeing or overwhelming depending on our state of mind, work, and overall life: explore. Today we had a very interesting conversation as we discussed all of the different ways that the concept of "exploration" can be interpreted: as a way of stretching your imagination to its limit, doing research, laying foundations for bigger goals and dreams, as a way of trying on a new set of routines and rituals for size, or as a means of preparation for future life phases as current phases wind down. We also talked about resistance to exploration being a natural sign of progressing to the next stop on the framework: simplify. Thank you to @Alli Myatt, @Evan Birkhead, @Sharon Hurley Hall, @Meaghan Vaughan, @Stacy Casson and @Jillian Love for joining us today! For those watching the replay, here's one simply prompt for you: what could a short, manageable exploration practice built into your everyday routines or rituals look like? See you all tomorrow for Day 2!

REPLAY: Day 1 of the Sit the F*** Down 5-Day Equinox R.E.S.E.T.
Welcome to Day 1! Today's theme: REFLECT. The AM session was so life-giving! Thank you so much to @Jillian Love, @Evan Birkhead, @Tom McCormack and new members @Julia Chen and @Alli Myatt for joining us for Day 1. Though no one made it to the PM option today, I recorded a little review of the AM session plus uploaded both replays to Loom so everyone can access the transcripts and auto-summaries. For those that attended live and would like to share, what has come up since our "preparing for birth" conversation this morning? What additional "reflect" prompts have you been sitting with? For everyone else, tune in (or skim through) and answer the following below in a journal or in meditation: ➡️ If I reflect on where I am today relative to where I was three months ago, how have tools I have for navigating my life been useful in grounding, recalibrating and redirecting my energy towards my goals, my rest, and my loved ones? ➡️ If I reflect on where I'd like to be three months from now, what tools, routines or rituals would I like to continue to develop to support the tangible and intangible goals I have for the season that is just beginning? ➡️ Where am I noticing old patterns and beliefs about myself, my sense of worth and my overall worthiness resurface in times of stress, anxiety, overwhelm or perceived failure? How do these flares impede (or in some cases, aid) in visualizing and reaching my goals? ➡️ Most importantly, how can I acknowledge and celebrate myself for how far I've come in the past 3-12 months?

Another great conversation with @Alli Myatt, @Evan Birkhead and @Stacy Casson for Day 3's theme of SIMPLIFY. Though the literal meaning is quite straightforward, interpretations of this stop in the framework can include: —Narrowing down our options between multiple pathways —Decluttering our physical spaces to make room for new things (or nothing at all) —Literally making a hard stop and deciding to reduce or eliminate additional inputs until further notice What form is the idea of "simplify" taking in your reflections this week or in life overall?
