Signing off your emails...
I came across this post earlier today and it hit my nail on the head! If you’re ending your cold emails with “Do you have 30-minutes for a demo?” or “Book time with my calendar link {here}”, like I do, we may be missing out on a load of replies. Most sellers are prospecting busy people! To them time is one of their most valuable assets. So by asking for 30-minutes in a cold email, all we do is increase resistance. Instead, the post suggested, try out a closed-ended CTA like one of these: · Worth a chat? · Sound interesting? · Would you like to hear more? · Worth me sending over a 30-second video? · Seem interesting? · Would that be helpful? · Interested in hearing more? · Am I barking up the right tree? · Is [X] top of mind? · Curious if you're seeing that? · Explored anything similar? · Is this relevant right now? · Can you relate? · Something you’ve considered before? I have no idea whether this is likely to boost response rates, but it's worth a try. Sound interesting?
