All of you want to get something out of this group - I see it in your introduction posts. I want to encourage you to reverse your thinking. Instead of thinking what you can get out of this group, think how you can provide value to the group. Just because you might not be experienced in Real Estate, that doesn't mean you can't be providing value. You might be a good software developer and can help another person in the group build an app for their business. Don't always worry about what is directly in return. Its hard to think this way because it goes against human nature, but honestly guys simply by thinking this way - you can really improve what you get out of the group because instead of asking for help, you will have people coming to you asking how they can help you. P.S. Remember - the weekend is a day you can take advantage of make progress, don't just throw it away. Its time :)
