Once I Get The Job..
Then I have to schedule a cleaner to go and do the clean.
Do you have a deep bench of cleaners to go to because at this point its almost a race to find a cleaner to fill that spot?
or do you communicate and take certain days for certain cleaners?
I would love any feedback anyone has who's already got their business going or understand the whole picture better than I do!
