Round #2 for me! I was so close the first go round, but lost steam 😫 I need this accountability in order to make meditation a daily practice again. I struggle to stay consistent even though I know the benefits and where 2+ months of daily meditation got me mentally, so I’m hoping this second go round will gift me with a new way or idea to help meditation stick!
