Three Things I Did to Add OVER 100k in GCI in Under Twelve Months
Here are three things I did that helped me Add over 100k in GCI 1. Posting On Socials ( Obvious one I know ). This is the easiest, most consistent strategy of all the strategies I will give you. You will have more people you know come out of the woodwork in this time and come to support you than you could imagine ever believe. I inconsistently posted every week and still managed to pull five deals out of this. Even better, I figured out how to pull even more out of this way. How do you get viewed more, get more leads, and run an overall more efficient system? Using digital marketing assets ( that we provide) to tease the market and see who is going to be buying or selling in the coming months. 2. Cold Calling ($56k, and I didn't even do it Perfectly) - Agh, that's the dreaded answer you weren't looking for. Here is the thing. . . It Works. Before you say, " It didn't work for me," it will. You didn't put enough time, energy or effort into making it work. You probably Youtubed some videos, googled some scripts and gave it the old college try. Here's the thing: they're easy if you put in the work and stay consistent. 3. Building out my referral Receptors. ($61K ) It's simple: give a gift to people, and don't expect anything in return; wait. This is the simplest, least involved way; you don't have to be smart, hardworking or even very driven to figure this one out. If you're a decent person and can put a couple of sentences together, then . . . Wait. . . I promise you'll see returns in 10-100x the money and energy you put into it. Tomorrow, I will tell you exactly what I Would have done to change it and honestly probably double my conversions, and I can tell you right now. It's simple. It's not some fancy AI integration like you probably want to hear; it's not some miraculous QR code sign. I'll give you a hint: you're probably already doing it. Stay Tuned.
