I have a call center and I'm satisfied with how they work, but it seems like we're missing something somewhere.
So, I would like to hear your opinion on the following things:
- What do you think is the best CRM? (We use Hubspot, but sometimes it doesn't give us reminders on time.)
- What dialer do you use? (The one we're currently using has a delay of 5-10 seconds, which I think turns off a lot of people.)
- What is the most affordable yet best skip tracing tool? (The one we're using right now gives good results but costs $0.045 per contact.)
- We haven’t done any advertising so far, so we don’t have any inbound calls or leads. What do you think is better—Meta ads, Google ads, or something else?
