I want to improve my team.
I have a call center and I'm satisfied with how they work, but it seems like we're missing something somewhere.
So, I would like to hear your opinion on the following things:
  1. What do you think is the best CRM? (We use Hubspot, but sometimes it doesn't give us reminders on time.)
  2. What dialer do you use? (The one we're currently using has a delay of 5-10 seconds, which I think turns off a lot of people.)
  3. What is the most affordable yet best skip tracing tool? (The one we're using right now gives good results but costs $0.045 per contact.)
  4. We haven’t done any advertising so far, so we don’t have any inbound calls or leads. What do you think is better—Meta ads, Google ads, or something else?
