Finding properties and what your strategies are ect. Signed up with propstream over the weekend. Is anyone using that software and having success ? Very overwhelmed on how to get started and get deals under contract

Since this is a newer group with fewer members i will just do the call once a week until we grow and then i will do multiple days! Fridays at 7am!
