Here's a fully filled out template to get you started in your lifting journey, This template will provide a simple intro into working out and also include an optional powerlifting program. NOTE: Keep in mind that is just a template and is only supposed to help you with creating the real program that you will be following, using the data you get from following this template for at least 1 weeks will give us the info we need to create you your own program.
