Our ancestors play a major part in our destiny. They see what we cang see. They know what we don't know. Acceptance of higher ups means improvements in our journey. They know what's best for us. Meditation is the most wonderful way to enable one to have interaction with the ones that are here to help guild is in life, not just when life is hard. I open my eyes every morning the first thing that comes to mind is to thank the most high for this wonderful blessing to enjoy this wonderful world yet another day. My grandfather taught me when I was a little girl to always look for blessings in every single day. Doing this pushes the universe to keep allowing those blessings to keep flowing to those that can be appreciative of the wonderful wonders of our vast universe. .
