Rates 2025
Hi community 🙂
Just start planning 2025 and thought we can make a brainstorming!
I was thinking of making the process as follow:
1 - Understand top 5 markets and look for specific holidays and important dates for those markets
2 - Look to 2023 and 2024 occupancy and understand touching points (highs and lows)
3 - Look to 2024 rates per month and see lowest and highest
4 - Build demand calendar and set up rates
Am i missing something? Share your thoughts it might be interesting to get different prespectives on how to achieve success in 2025 😉
