Starting a nonprofit

Hi everyone

I've been meaning to start a nonprofit(NPO) as a way to help my community but I have no idea how to do it.

I've watched a few videos on YouTube and they all talk about legalising the NPO and having start up capital etc.

I would like anyone who has any experience with starting an NPO to advise me on what to do
