Hi, we’re Fabien and Jackie Pataud. We created this community because we understand how toxic relationship patterns, unresolved trauma, and relationship anxiety can take over your life. In 2019, while juggling a business and family, we found ourselves stuck in cycles of disconnection, stress, and emotional triggers.
The turning point came when we realized: You can’t think your way out of emotional wounds—you have to heal them.
This community is for parents, professionals, and leaders who want to break free from toxic patterns, heal trauma, and rebuild emotional safety.
