I'm your admin, @jenellebglenn I have been working in the wellness space since 2013, first as a fresh little yoga teacher (back when yogis ruled Instagram), to a more thoughtful 500 RYT. I'm a mother, published author, broadcaster and digital marketer. Somewhere along the way I found myself as a completely broken woman with a broken marriage and anxiety that brought me to my knees on a regular basis. I seemingly had it all together, lived all over the country, host of a #1 morning-radio show in Colorado, podcaster, beautiful child and husband. But I was getting sicker and sicker and truly didn't understand why. When my marriage ended I moved to Mexico and found plant medicines (or rather they found me), along with my people. For the first time in my life I had humans around that felt like soul mates. This is when I realized that I couldn't muscle through and self isolate myself into the person I knew I was meant to be.
