I've had the pleasure lending to outstanding borrowers and investors like Kevin Choe (pictured below with me and my kids) and being able to deploy seven figures in active loans, with a substantial SIX-figure amount of my own capital invested.

However, I’ve quickly realized that my personal funds can be allocated faster than anticipated!
