Best Chemicals or mixing for Stucco cleaning? Mildew, algea, etc.

Another question from a newbie, when washing a metal sided building, what is the best chemical to use? I've seen bleach will rust the bolts and potentially ruin the coating? Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Had a guy reach out about cleaning his brand new concrete driveway but I don’t know if these stains will come up, I’ve never had the chance to clean mud or clay stains before. What do we think, will this come up with chemical?
