Decide on what your offer will be about 2. Building a list of interested contacts 3. Content creation for attraction 4. Bonus: How to make sales: Writing promotional content pieces, E-mails, + Talking to people! I emphasize a lot how you should rely a lot on "talking to people"! You should not just try to get people from social media to your E-mail list, and then send "promotional E-mails" out, and just rely on people signing up to your Membership Program through an Order page/or Skool About page, on their own, ... But you should also send E-mails out that invite people to book calls with you! In your social media content and E-mails you should say: "Hey, claim a free coaching call with me where I will create a custom plan for you, so you can transform and achieve [the main outcome], Message me/Reply to this E-mail and we will organize a call!" On top of that, you should be the one who "reaches out" to people who are interacting with your content, and who get on your "contacts/E-mail list"! You could message all of them via E-mail or DM's and say: "Hey, I've seen your comment about [this and that], how long have you already been trying to achieve [the outcome]" or "Hey, I saw you following my content for some time, I would like to tell you that I created this new Course/Private Community where I help achieve [the outcome], would you like to learn more about it?" After they reply, say this: "Ok nice, I could get on a call with you, explain you more, and also create a custom plan for you to achieve [the outcome], are you free any time tomorrow to talk?" You see, these actions will allow you to get on calls with people! Starting out with creating your membership, filling your coaching program, you should "WANT TO TALK TO PEOPLE" Going on calls allows you to learn directly from them, really ask them what do they really want, what are they challenged with, and you can then on calls ask them a probing question:
