I have played tennis at the intercollegiate and the professional level and have been in fitness for over forty years. I have now committed to playing on the Senior Pro Pickleball Tour!
In this group we will share our online program covering Faith, Fitness, Nutrition, and Accountability.
We are committed to walking with you in this next season, helping you train from the inside out and bringing out that Pickleball Warrior in you....Giving God All The Glory:)
You will get a custom workout plan and nutrition plan on our Fit 2 Serve private app platform.
We will take before pictures and most importantly we will help you get to the finish line to take those after photos!
