Good morning everyone!
I wanted to share a quick recap of my weekend to keep you all updated on what I’ve been working on and prioritising, both in life and business.
Friday: I headed up to Loughborough to speak at an event hosted by and his creative estate agency, Hortons. I thoroughly enjoyed delivering my presentation on how I’ve helped 600+ entrepreneurs, athletes, and creatives achieve peak performance through advanced human performance and evidence-based healthcare systems. If you’re organising an event and would like me to speak, I’m available and would love to get involved! Saturday: I had the pleasure of working with my 1-1 client, , in person during his trip to London. Since most of my work is done online, it’s always nice to meet clients face-to-face when they’re in town. [Video attached below] After wrapping up my session with Ryan, I dived back into my work with the enrolees of our Peak Business System. These aspiring and existing fitness and health coaches are absolutely smashing it, and I couldn’t be more proud of the action they’re taking. Sunday: Once I had completed my work commitments for the week, I made sure to get in my tennis and resistance training. I also spent the afternoon with my girlfriend, recovering and prepping for the week ahead. We visited a contrast therapy facility in central London, where we completed two 15-minute rounds in the dry sauna, broken up by two 3-minute sessions in the 6-degree cold plunge. It was the perfect way to reset for the week. [Video attached below]
