I need some advice. I have been doing clients floor plans for FFE and color consultations through the side business while working as an interior consultant at a retail location. I have a nice size project for an addition including a Great room and primary bedroom/primary bath and half bath. The client has asked for my assistance in finishing the project with her. I would not be project manager she would. I would be sourcing and styling. I’m trying to do a pricing structure that is fair for both of us and makes sense. Any suggestions? Thank you.
