I'm going to start this community the right way - by sharing my experience! Let's be brave and share our stories - in a safe space where everyone accepts each other because we've all experienced our own sessions. My name is Alex Negrete and I am a Quantum Hypnosis practitioner with a full-time practice based in Austin, Texas. This is the story of my first Quantum Hypnosis experience. During my first experience, I visited three different lifetimes. The first was me as an ET who was a scientist from Andromeda. I was then asked to come to Earth to help people, and somehow I ended up helping people including myself now (simultaneous lives...) by beaming positive thoughts to me and others. I had a super cool mission and purpose, but there was little depth of emotion in that life and I wanted to experience deep love. In the second, I was a woman - a wife of someone who went to war and lost their husband in the war. Then, I died young. I had a ton of deep love in that life and a depth of emotion that I was looking for, but I didn't have a cool mission and purpose. It seems I just knitted all the time! Then, finally, I saw a life that I already knew about where I was Yuri Gagarin - the first astronaut in space. I had a super cool mission and purpose and I had a depth of love and emotion, but I couldn't hold it all together after I became the biggest worldwide celebrity and ended up cheating on my wife and drinking all the time socially before dying in a plane crash. Now here I am! This experience did so much for me because it showed me that my life now is truly all about balance! It's given me so much peace of mind to know that all I'm really here to do in this life is find a balance with having a super cool mission and purpose while also having a depth of emotion and a deep love. And of course, hold it all together this time! Much easier said than done! I have had many more experiences since then which I'll share as time goes on. Thanks for reading! I created this group as a place for my clients to share their stories, but I'm going to open it to more people who have had past life regressions and quantum healing hypnosis experiences so that we can form a cool community.
