Logic
As someone who is ruled by reason almost to the same extent as by emotions, I can't help but feel alarmed by how my paradigm uses my logic to imprison me.
Even though I'm proud of and thankful for my logical thinking and reasoning, I must admit that at times I felt that it trapped me, isolated me and made me regret saying or doing 'the right thing'. I almost lost a very dear person because 'my logic' wanted to be right (and I wanted the best for my friend) but that pushed so hard that it almost tore our connection. The similar thing was going on from her side so we took a break but finally resolved everything and realized our connection matters more than what we think is 'the best' for each other...
All and any exercises on dismantling this one, but preferably in a funny way, are more than welcome!
And yes, please, share if you've felt or experienced something similar and how do you tame your logical lion. 😁🦁💪👌🙏
