Break Time Is Over!
After taking a long break (almost two years), I'm "re"launching 🚀 my real estate business in 2026 🎆. I have done mail campaigns in the past, but not like this, so I am looking forward to learning the "new" way of doing it. I plan to attend the Office Hours session tomorrow or Monday and get things started. Anyone have any pointers from their own experience taking a long break and restarting?

Sending to single Absentee
@Ryan Hartman is there a way to send to a single absentee owner without setting up a CSV for only one (of very few) absentee owners? When manually adding do I put "absentee" on custom1 and Property address on Custom2?

@Ryan Hartman Is there a way to make a recipient to do a task before redeeming the gift card? I want to send friends/family/clients a gift card if they give me a google review?
