I quoted a tree removal job for a prospective client almost 8 weeks ago. Reached out multiple times and would get very terse responses then they went radio silent about a month ago so I archived the quote in Jobber. The client just reached out and asked why they can no longer see the quote in Jobber because they want to move forward with the tree removal.
Here's the thing, I lowballed the quote because I had almost no customers 8 weeks ago and now I'm busy with bigger jobs. My gut says to honor the original price and fit them in where I can. But I'm just about breaking even at the quote from 8 weeks ago.
Not sure how to deal with this situation....anyone have advice?
