Basic intro
I’m known by most as “Kel” and was well respected for my fitness for many years. Getting old now, and although I’m actually lighter than my (rugby) playing days (having lost muscle from the waist up) my aerobic fitness has dropped off too. Hoping to restore both muscle tone and aerobic fitness.
