Let it begin
Hey everyone! My name is Scottie. I’m from Arizona. I started my fitness journey January 1st as a New Year’s resolution (I know🤣). I definitely thought it would be one of those things where you go for a week and completely bail on it! But I stayed consist. I started at 145 pounds and I now weigh 167. It has truly changed how I’ve felt about myself and I couldn’t be happier!

Weekend Love!
Over the weekend, I had a great balance of activity and self-improvement. I started by hitting the gym to keep myself fit and energized. Later on, I had the opportunity to DJ at a party, which was a fantastic experience. I really enjoyed blending music to set the mood and entertain everyone there. In between these activities, I dedicated some time to learning more about DJing. I've been working on improving my skills and understanding the nuances of mixing tracks to create seamless transitions. On the personal growth side, I spent some time reading Marcus Aurelius' "Meditations." This philosophical reading gave me valuable insights into self-understanding and introspection. It was a thought-provoking experience that helped me gain a better understanding of myself. Overall, my weekend was a mix of physical activity, skill development, and introspective learning, which I found both enriching and fulfilling. I will also be pushing out content just showing what i do and how I strive to live life to the fullest and how far I've come in my fitness journey so far. That being said i would love to here how your weekend was how your fitness endeavors are going as well!
