Damn I drank a lot of beer while floating for three days this weekend! Next weekend will be similar πŸ₯΄ (two annual trips in a row). I made sure I had extra activity and got my 10k+/day to help balance things out. Even got my camping friends on board for post meal walks… it takes a village! πŸ˜†
This week I am starting the simple resistance training recommended last week.
I am back on track until weekend two of debauchery. At a minimum I will get my 10k steps, do my 10/10/10 resistance training and prioritize my protein intake while I am enjoying my river traditions.
