While Menoquil and Provitalize are both actually pretty poor quality supplements and I honestly can't recommend them. In a lot of these comparison reviews people try to be nice and say this one is best for this and the other for that. But honestly, both of these are basically paperweights. Ok, maybe that's a little harsh, they both have one fully dosed ingredient with decent backing. But 90% of what's in them is under dosed to a point where it can't possibly be effective. For example the turmeric in Provitalize is almost 50 times lower than the lowest known effective dosage.
And considering Menoquil is the best part of $60 as is Provitalize this is a joke. Especially because there are supplements that manage to provide these ingredients in their correct dosages at this price point.
Unfortunately on Skool I can't actually add images, or I'd show them side by side, but if you check the EstroCare formula against Provitalize or Menoquil you can see for yourself that basically everything effective in either of these two, is in there at the same price, in a better dose and with a load more good stuff. Menoquil
Menoquil is designed to help women manage menopause by balancing hormones and easing common symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings.
Pros: Menoquil provides targeted relief for specific menopause symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and mood fluctuations. It uses natural ingredients, including herbal extracts known for supporting hormonal health, and has positive feedback from many users who report improvements in their symptoms and overall well-being.
Cons: Some users may need to take it consistently over time to see results, and it may not be as widely available as other hormone support supplements.
Key Ingredients in Menoquil: Black Cohosh, which eases hot flashes and night sweats; Dong Quai, which helps balance hormones and reduce menstrual discomfort; and Vitamin E, supporting hormonal health and possibly alleviating hot flashes.
Why It Falls Short: Menoquil is effective for symptom relief but may not provide the rapid results some users seek.
Provitalize
Provitalize supports women through menopause and perimenopause, addressing symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, and hormonal imbalances with a focus on holistic health.
Pros: Provitalize targets multiple symptoms, including weight management and energy, and includes a blend of herbs and probiotics that promote hormonal and gut health. It has received positive feedback from users who report improved well-being and energy.
Cons: It’s generally more expensive than other menopause supplements, and some users may need to take multiple doses for optimal benefits.
Key Ingredients in Provitalize: Moringa Leaf, which is sketchy in terms of scientific backing at best; Turmeric, which is dosed too low to have any of it's anti-inflammatory benefits and aids in mood regulation; and Probiotics, beneficial for gut health and influencing hormone balance.
Why It Falls Short: Although Provitalize is effective, the higher cost and complex dosing may not suit everyone.
Head-to-Head Comparison: Menoquil vs. Provitalize
Primary Ingredients: Menoquil contains Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, and Vitamin E, while Provitalize features Moringa Leaf, Turmeric, and Probiotics.
Formula Focus: Menoquil is aimed at targeting specific menopause symptoms, while Provitalize takes a holistic approach to address a range of menopause-related challenges.
User Experience: Menoquil generally receives positive feedback for symptom improvement over time, whereas Provitalize has broad support for its comprehensive symptom relief and energy boost.
Transparency: Menoquil provides a clear ingredient list, though dosage information is less detailed. Provitalize includes transparent ingredients, though some may need further research.
Suitability: Menoquil is best for those seeking targeted relief without a complex regimen, while Provitalize is more suitable for individuals wanting comprehensive hormonal support.
Better Alternative: Estrocare
If you’re looking for effective menopause relief, Estrocare stands out as a superior option. With a comprehensive blend that addresses multiple symptoms and includes optimal dosages, Estrocare provides exceptional value. It’s priced similarly to Menoquil and Provitalize yet delivers a broader range of benefits, backed by a money-back guarantee.
