Welcome to Nonprofit IMPACT, where we build a community of nonprofit founders and staff who want to make a difference in their area of mission by running their organization using business principles and best practices. We are here to support each other with no judgement but encouragement, kindness and honest feedback. Our group will be small, limited to 100 members, so we can really get to know one another and be impactful in our 1:1 interactions and our group sessions. The definition of a mastermind group is "a collaborative gathering of individuals who come together with a common purpose, typically to support each other in achieving personal or professional goals". I am the facilitator and will be here to provide assistance in my area of expertise, which is accounting and business in general and nonprofit organizations in particular, but you as community members are the ones who will really support and learn from one another as you share insights and experiences. Remember, the more you give to the community, the more you will receive, so dig in, learn, and engage with your new friends! A great opportunity to do this is every Monday at 12:30 EST when we will have a Coffee/Lunch Hour with sharing, Q&A, and encouragement. Put it on your calendar and don't miss it!
