Check if companies quote DLA directly
So I'm running into something today where a few companies that I'm trying to get quotes from tell me the quote the DLA directly. I'm curious if people have ran into this and what you're thoughts are on when you see a solicitation with that kind of company on it. Do you continue to get quotes from them and bid anyway or just move on? One company told me they will give me quotes but it will be 18% higher than whatever they give everytime.
