My goals
Whats good people. My name is Phil. I'm a physio and S&C coach. My personal goals are to become more generally athletic whilst staying as pain free as possible. Currently, involved in Olympic weightlifting which has been a fun and challenging stimulus for strength, power, coordination and mobility.
