Does anyone not have a calendly booking link?
If not I'd strongly recommend you get one here https://calendly.com/pricing You will need at least the essentials so your attendees get email reminders which improves show up rate. Once you have your link make sure it's everywhere ie your social media bios, about you sections, email signatures and use it as you only point of entry for people to book in with you. This makes things more time effective with time blocking rather than reactively taking random calls at random times when you could be working hard on something else which would take you away from what you were doing. Personally I time block certain days for calls which frees me up other days to get into a flow state working on growing the business/servicing clients and ensures prospects get my full undivided attention on calls.
One of the major benefits of Calendly is that you can autonomously pre qualify your appointments by making it essential that all your leads fill in an application form so you know you're only investing the time into contacting the leads that are right for you and ready to roll.
We also suggest you conduct your appointments over Zoom. This helps build trust with your prospects which will increase your conversion rates and you can also record the sessions which can be sent to your prospect to refer back and save them taking notes so you have their full attention.
Personally I don't allow people to take these calls from their car, while they are on the move or in busy environments. Again so you have their full attention.
Some of the questions you could ask on the application are as follows:
Which service are you looking for? eg:
When are you looking to move?
- Just gathering information
Deposit Status
- I have access to the funds for a deposit
- I don't currently have a deposit
If you have/have access to a deposit where is it coming from and how much do you have?
Employment Status
Property Valuation
Obviously this is mortgage broker focused but you can easily adjust these depending on the service you offer.
If anyone uses any other questions please feel free to share them to help the community.
You can have a play around and split test the number of questions you include here. The more questions you include the hotter the lead will be as it shows more intent but the less you'll have. On the flip side the less questions you inc will result in more leads but of less quality so it's about finding the right balance.
Hope this helps.
