Spoon Theory
Do you feel like you have a hard time making it through the day without feeling tired? The fatigue and brain fog wears you down. The spoon theory explains how people with neurodivergence as well as those with chronic illness (there are many comorbid conditions with neurodivergent disorders) have limited energy to begin with. Moreover, when a task is completed, more energy is expended. The image depicted describes the spoon theory well.
