How do you get to “proper energy” production? Nutrition is quite a bit to take in once you dive deep into the bio-chemical realm. We humans require a lot. What we can do is: -Not exclude entire food groups. -Not only hitting your protein goals (which is important, especially Vegans); Also, hitting your fat and carbohydrate goals as well. All 3 Macros are important! -Aim for at least 20 grams of fiber folks!! 30 grams is preferable for the Gentleman. Not! From Metamucil!
