Speed to Lead
Hey all!
I just added a new Page to the Marketing Basics Classroom on Speed to Lead and I'd love to go over this during our weekly call tomorrow as well for you guys.
In a nutshell, when one of your leads or prospects contact you, reply faster than the wind because each minute that goes by means less chance you'll land that job.
Response time within an hour is good, within five minutes is better, within one minute is best.
Here's the page in that lesson with more details, there is tons of research on this and it's pretty clear that whoever responds to the lead first and fastest will likely land the deal.
